"We have stayed here many times and always have a great experience. The sauna is our favorite way to end the day after getting dinner or drinks in the restaurant. The view from the room is great, we love the big windows! The downtown area is a fun way to kill extra time if we have any. We will be back again!"

"You should just be aware that the room does not have blackout shades so if you need blackout shades, you should bring something for Eye covering! They do provide earplugs which you might very well feel like you need. Overall, it’s a very cool property with lots of interesting shops on the first floor and plenty of places to pick up your favorite drinks! 😜"

"Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Although renovating great place to stay if you need somewhere close to the dome otherwise will always choose else where. Not very accommodating to guests verse the rate"

"The bar staff were extremely rude and basically non existent. We came in to have a drink and appetizers before going to our event, I went up to the bar to put our order in and the girl behind the bar was too busy talking with her friends. I stood there for at least 4-5 minutes and she looked at me twice, rolled her eyes and went back to talking with her friends. We just left after that."

"Cons: To start with, when entering the building - it smelled like a cat litter box. We knew it was pet friendly, but this was over the top. My wife is allergic to cats (pet dander), so she was highly medicated throughout the weekend. 1 of the exits (fire doors) was locked and labeled as Non Working. "The room I had was very small, the bed did seem newer, but it was very rockhard and so were the pillows. You had them young children at nine-year-old and a 14-year-old working like they weren’t just helping out they were working."

"Our room was right in the middle of third floor, right next to the elevator - and we heard nothing. Very nice space and will absolutely stay again. The young lady serving breakfast was there both days and she did an excellent job and I made sure to tell her so. Very nice stay."

Many options available at breakfast and coffee in room was very good. My only complaint is that the room was very cold when I arrived and had to turn on the heat in order to get it to a reasonable temperature. Hallways were also very cold. "The pool wasn't open and I wasn't told until it was too late to cancel my reservation. That's probably the main draw of the hotel. The room was VERY clean and awesome. Thank you! Why would a hotel with such a huge empty lot charge a nightly parking fee for someone already paying over $200 for a room in Fargo, ND? That makes no sense at all. Why are the bathrooms so crappy? The shower head was at shoulder height. I'm only 6 feet tall. With the rooms so amazing and clean and awesome...

"The General Manager, Rachelle Lucien, was very helpful when my friend became I'll. She offered to assist in a prescription pickup if needed. The hotel is clean. Several areas need to be brought up to usual Fairfield standards. The bathroom (room 206) in the room had some mold in the grout. The door seal leaked and cuddled on the floor. Also, the hot water faucet in the sink looked new but was difficult to turn on/off."

"I loved the vibe of outdoors with the comfort of being indoors. Several hot tubs throughout the hotel and so much seating to make it comfortable and fun leaving the room. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable!"
