"I had a truly exceptional stay at The Snooty Mehmaan. The experience began even before I arrived, thanks to a thoughtful courtesy call to confirm my check-in. Upon arrival, I was greeted with genuine warmth, and the staff kindly escorted my luggage to a room that was both stunning and impeccably clean. The highlight, however, was the evening meal. "Very busy the night I stayed.england playing Ghana in the world cup.but good natured supporters.good clean room.large bathroom.wifi bit iffy.telly placed in strange place,can't watch from beds so found a chair on landing which helped .a chair or two in room would be sensible.all in all good value for money"

"Fantastic stay in a beautiful village right on the edge of the Cotswold. The entire place was really lovely, including the staff - I actually booked for the wrong date but they quickly fixed everything and was able to adjust. Rooms was excellent, very comfortable and beautifully decorated, I also had dinner in the garden and the food was delicious. Added bonus that the village is where some of Downton Abbey scenes were filmed so that was fun!"

"I have stayed in many hotels but this was one of the best. The staff were very friendly and accommodating the hotel rooms here large and nicely decorated. The gardens provided a perfect setting for a late evening drink and winding down after a busy day. Yes there are probably, better hotels out there but for our stay this was a 5 Star event."

"The menu was limited, expensive and some dishes were poor. The room “Brewery” was small, limited storage, no fridge, tired decor and UNBEARABLY HOT. However must commend the staff for working through the heatwave. Particular thanks goes to Courtney who was extremely helpful and friendly. In summary hotel should investigate the installation of air conditioning or the use of portable air conditioning units for the summer months. The food menu/prices should be reviewed, The decor in the Brewery...

"Hotel is in good location but on a busy main road the A40 , lorries go passed day and night must have ear plugs , our room a deluxe was facing the main road , was small with shower in bath !! Breakfast was good ."

"Room very clean. Bar and food on site so no need to venture out for the night. Air con in room a bonus as it was a hot wkend so a comfortable night guaranteed. Easy on site parking with a small charge. Lovely hotel: would definitely stay again."

"The shower thermostat in my room did not work properly. It would not cool the water and was extremely hot. I told the reception when I left as I was only staying one night and only discovered the problem in the morning. It was inconvenient as I could not shower properly."
