"While we were only there for one night it was a treat to be able to have gotten one of the few rooms within the castle itself. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and they were very accommodating to my husband's dietary limitations. The only thing they forgot was having my bear knight and chocolates ready in my room but that's just a minor thing and I did ask for it just the day before so not a big deal once I asked."

Only one small issue that carpet in room hadn’t been cleaned properly and found used tissues and fruit shoots bottles in and under the lower bunk but bathroom was spotless so probably just missed."
"Absolutely excellent value and location, staff were great. Only issue I had was not having a shower in the morning due to a boiler problem however I was reimbursed 25% for my stay and the boiler was also fixed quite quickly so not a major problem."
