"Excellent location right opposite the castle. Very comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Good food at the 18 restaurant with a 30 per cent discount for hotel guests. Would definitely return in the future."

"The room had a missing telephone, a table lamp which didn't work, a Television with "No Signal" and although there was a door to a balcony (locked) no natural ventilation. The person who sets up the breakfast did a wonderful job and deserves an accolade."
