"The staff and service at the guesthouse was very accommodating. My room was a nice size. It was clean, but I cleaned it more to my liking. One thing that was bothersome was, the other guests weren't as courteous and therefore nights early mornings weren't so peaceful. "

"We didnt see any shops, my only reason for one low score, is that we were in room 7 on Friday 20th March. When we went to the room the smell of Fresh paint was very strong. The young lady on reception moved us to another room. Which was perfect. "

When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. It said it could sleep 12 people but it barely fit 8 of us. There was a limit on the time we could go into the garden and use the hot tub. Also there was a camera pointed directly at the hottub...

"No staff Andy did not see. Bathroom was a DIY nightmare. Cooker oven broken. Wall paper falling off on stairs. Must have been the smallest room double bed with foot space around edge . Could only open bathroom door half way because of space in room 3 "

"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "Clean room was nice, free wifi, and overall room was nice to be in, however shower had no cold tap, so it was only hot and no soap in dispensers, breakfast was lovely though!"
