"Loved the kixby and can’t wait to stay again. Loved the water bottles and the refillable station. We even recieved a free upgrade to a larger room. The only issue we had was with a rude server at the rooftop bar. He was pretty annoyed we ordered a round of sodas instead of alcoholic drinks. He came back with the check before we had a chance to order anything else. The Kixby was awesome, but I’d skip the rooftop."

"I started out liking this hotel. Though not large, our room wasn't as tiny as many NYC hotel rooms (although there are no drawers and the meager closet is stuck in a corner like an afterthought). The bed was very comfortable. The location is convenient, and a few blocks removed from Times Square chaos. But various aggravations began to wear on me. There was the concierge whose answer to questions about local attractions was, "Google it." And the mediocre food at the (very crowded) breakfast...

"The air conditioning in the room did not work, and the A/C unit they brought as a stopgap measure was silly - air blown over freezer packs that melted in the night. On top of this, the "table" that folded down from the wall collapsed on me, with the screws coming out of the wall. Instead of apologizing the person sent to check on it said "you must have put something heavy on it"..... I was working with my laptop. No proposal for any remuneration was proposed. Finally, the breakfast was quite...
