The staff assured us the room was fine and there would be no noise. But the room smelled moldy. The exercise room smelled like cats peed there. "There was arguing, dogs barking and other loud noises. Housekeeping act like they didn’t understand what not responding to their knock meant. I don’t understand why when a property is not sold out, why they put the few people they do have in such close proximity to each other. I want REST/SLEEP, NOT TO HEAR OTHERS or be bothered with housekeeping. IF NEED something I know how to ask, otherwise I JUST WANT REST/SLEEP because THAT’S WHAT I PAID FOR, NOT EVERYTHING ELSE. And I have that problem...
