All in all a fabulous experience. "

"Great welcome by the host. Lovely big family room with lots of space for the children. Didn’t stay for breakfast as an early start home but there was a lot of choice on offer. Will definitely stay again when I revisit family who live in the town. A bonus was the private parking on grounds of the guest house as so many roads are permit only. Short walk to shops, supermarket and along the Leas overlooking the beach. Highly recommended."

"Beautifully furnished and quiet, very spacious room. Lisa is a consummate host and went to loads of trouble decorating the breakfast room to celebrate Easter. The breakfasts are fantastic too. There were only two small downsides: there is an electric charge point for EV's, but it obviously isn't used much and Lisa wasn't sure how to make it work. We managed about an hour's charge and had to go and find a charging point in town and sit in the car while that happened. It would have been perfect if...

"We were a party of 3 we checked into the hotel, and had a conversation with Jim the owner about where we were going in the evening and about what other night life was in the area. The rooms and facilities were great we were close to the local shops and central Margate was in close walking distance. "We had a such a wonderful time on this beautiful family run boat. My husband and I stayed in the comfort quadruple room with our two young boys aged 6 and 8 to explore Diggerland and Rochester a few minutes away. We were even able to spend a day at Port Lympne Safari an hour' drive during the half-term break. Jeremy and his wife were so warm and hospitable and every little detail on the boat is exceptional.
