"Ended up getting a room at the last minute on the day of and it ended up being the best thing! We had a room at a local lakeside place and it was horrible, so bad that we couldn't stay and looked online at expedia and found the Hampton Inn. It was so nice to take a shower in a clean bathroom. The breakfast was a nice touch the next morning!"

"I am formally demanding a full refund for this stay due to the unacceptable and unsanitary conditions of this hotel room.
Upon arrival, we found stains throughout the flooring, the televisions do not function properly, the room phone is inoperable, and the bathtub was so dirty that I had to purchase Clorox with my own money to disinfect it before anyone in my family could safely use it. No paying guest should ever have to clean a hotel bathroom to feel comfortable using it.
