The front desk person, Trinity, was AMAZING. The hotel itself is absolutely disgusting. Nothing was vaccummed. There were wipes under one mattress and food under another. This by far the least impressive of all the locations I’ve stayed at. Rooms were not properly cleaned, staff was short and mild tempered. I will say the house keeping staff was extremely nice and approachable. Definitely expected more from the Embassy.

Bed comforter had cigarette burns in it so I refuse to sleep under it and the pool had something floating in it so didn’t swim and room was ok for a night sleep but wouldn’t stay there anymore the vibe was very sketchy
