Condo Resorts in Federal Capital Territory

Stayed here with my wife after travelling from the UK and had an excellent experience. The room was immaculate and very modern, housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout our stay, and room service was fast and available 24/7. A fantastic hotel that I’d happily return to, and one that truly deserves its five stars.

Fabulous stay at the Serena - I can't think of a more secure hotel. Firstly the English and Pakistan cricket team followed by an entourage from the Czech embassy meant security was always incredible tight. Staff were super friendly and the food at each restaurant was very nice. The complimentary mobile phone was also incredibly useful when out and about. Would certainly return if I'm ever back in Islamabad.

Excellent value for money. Fresh fruit juice for breakfast would be nice. Wi fi can be slow at times.

The concierge at the hotel was very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and the housekeeping was always on it. Thank you for making our stay easy. There's a lovely garden to sit in with umbrellas for shade if the sun is out. Loads of different type of birds can be seen from the window. The hotel is close Islamabad's main attractions and also to F10 & F7 which can be regarded are the foodie areas.

Reasonable price with Great location, with all kinds of shops around here and staff was helpful and friendly and remain available throughout the stay. Parking was available which is safe and convenient for a traveller. The only thing that needs to work on is the noise from the bus station by make the property sound proofing settings accordingly. Also thankful for the management for upgrading our room as per our desire and convenience.

During my stay I was assisted by reception who were professional and very helpful by booking taxis and providing information about the area. Their security was also very thorough. It's a well located, extremely comfortable hotel which is perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast is also very good. Thank you for looking after me so well !

It was 3 night stay included fresh morning breakfast, free bottle of water and free airport shuttle service. The room was very clean and comfortable. Receptionists Abid, Usman and all members of hotel were very polite, helpful. I have attached all pictures. Most of my family members and friends didn’t believe it was 3 start hotel because the service and hotel room was like 4 star. I will highly recommended this hotel to stay in blue area because near by metro bus station to access everywhere...

The property is in a lovely area that is within walking distance of many local restaurants and shops .

Unbelievably good! The hospitality and customer service was second to none! Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to help with any and everything!
