"I spent one night with my 9yo son and highly recommend this property. It’s in the financial district just a few minutes walking from the Fulton St. subway station (various lines). Arrangement with dry cleaners very helpful at the end of a month-long trip, but laundry list and staff gave different stories on timing. Likewise, I think there was room service, but there was no obvious menu or availability time listed anywhere and the restaurant menu on the web site doesn’t match the actual menu...
