When we checked in we indicated we had been up for over 30 hours and were very tired. We were given a room with a lounge above and all we heard for hours were the scraping of chairs, so needless to say we didn't get any rest.

The hotel is beautiful, cozy. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was VERY kind and nice. Location is excellent as you can easily walk to the tram or metro station.

Carlton Beach
Stayed in room on the 6th floor close to elevator and maybe a custodial closet? Constant noise of doors opening and shutting. Shower was leaking but it worked. Water pressure could be better. Staff was amazing: Friendly and helpful!
