The room was not clean, dead bugs on the floor, parking lot was full of broke down cars. People in and out all hrs of the night. Doors slamming. They hotel allows long term stays, so most are living there full time. The heater did not work. Was luck the temp outside was above freezing last ...

First room wasn’t clean with food left in front of microwave and broken lamp. Replacement room also has traces of hair on sheet and bathtub walls. Heater never reached desired temperature, could be better. Breakfast was ok.
