"The room very small , bathroom no window , again small and steamed up , nothing like the website shows . Dangerous step down into room without warning. We had lunch on arrival with friends which was good , however breakfast the next morning was a disgrace and at £17.50 per head no wonder there was us and only one other table. Arriving back in the evening at around 8.30 pm hoping for a sandwich with our drink we were told there were non available as the Chef had gone home , very professional ! Totally over priced for what we received , I feel ripped off. This was Friday night , a busy time for hotels , not this one ."

"Room was super clean spacious and well set out, this is my choice of hotel in Ipswich as it’s lovely. Staff are wonderful do really go above and beyond. Brekkie is a basic buffet with vegan sausages to order. Bar area is where you check in quick and simple and nice you can get a drink no matter what time of day"
