"Hello, this place is really beautiful. It could almost be the best hotel I’ve stayed in years. The pool area was amazing. Lots of room and nice seating. Some of the chairs need replaced but I’m sure they know that.
Now for the not so great stuff.
We got there an hour and a half early and they wanted $28 to check in early. There were six cars in the parking lot. 😒
The beautiful pool closes promptly at 8:00pm. It’s not dark. We have kids with us. It’s Florida. We are Floridians. We do not go to a pool until the sun is going down. This alone is why we probably won’t go back. The next morning we went to breakfast. The photos on the website make it look delicious. We had kids with us! No pancakes, waffles or French toast! Total letdown for the kids. I know this will not change the way they do business, but at least you will be informed before you book."
