"We really enjoyed our stay at the Félix 10! We spent 3 nights with our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable, shower was great, the room had a nice view and all the little amenities from various types of lights to nice European hair dryer and straightener, espresso machines and water and even chocolates to celebrate Easter. The main patio and rooftop are both very nice and the view is beautiful. We had breakfast one of the mornings which was really good - various pastries, fruit, jams,...

"We were disappointed in the fact that they wouldn't allow us to bring wine glasses to the room. We were told we had to get them from room service. Room service said the charge would be $15 for empty glasses. That's ridiculous. At least say there's a corkage fee or something. Needless to say, we used the water glasses in the room. We travel a lot and have Never encountered this including at much less expensive hotels. This is not good hospitality. For that reason, we won't recommend this hotel to...

"Property was spotless. Large and spacious room - impeccably clean. Shower had amazing water pressure. Bath towels were large and plush. Air conditioning was stellar. Communication with the property was prompt and always kind. Great location for restaurants - with an amazing yoga studio 5 mins away (The Kynd Space). The kitchen, fridge and outdoor patio were large and also spotless. I can’t say enough how clean this property was. It was impressive! I would stay here again any day."

"This was our first stay in Lisbon and the Vintage suited us very well indeed. It’s in a good neighborhood, within walking distance of good restaurants and shops, and the staff couldn’t possibly be more helpful and accommodating. Our room (403) was well-sized, particularly for Europe, had good views, good closet space, and while only steps from the rooftop bar, good sound proofing."

We were happy to walk to nearby local restaurants and even walked to the Cathedral but do wear comfortable shoes as the hotel is a walk from the main centre and mainly uphill. Would definitely recommend."

What I found difficult to accept was not just any problem itself, but the lack of acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused to guests. For example, there was a serious leak that required the water mains to be shut off. The message to guests was essentially, “We have called the utility company and it should be sorted eventually.” That may explain the situation, but...
