"Standard room is very large per the extended-stay suite moniker. Annapolis, MD is a classic over-priced rip-off, so this establishment offers a very good way to beat “the game”; think of a very large studio apartment in NYC, and all you do is buy some modest groceries, and you’re all set (they even have fully stocked stonewear and cutlery in each room)! If you’re visiting for USNA or Navy Football, it’s a quick hope on Route 50, plus you have the Harry S. Truman Riva Road park-and-ride (free) with free shuttle buses to and from the stadium (and that lot is literally three blocks from the front door of this establishment, but you must park/you can’t walk there and use the shuttle)! The funniest thing is before they started major high-priced reconstruction in Annapolis around 2000–2005, this was where all the hotels were located for visiting parents, graduation, or I-day goodbyes! Now, with the highway system and free stadium, shuttle buses, there’s no reason to pay double or triple the price for something close to the state house! You could easily drop $1000 - over $2000 per night for some rent-a-house, but here you’ll literally get the same amenities along with an excellent, bountiful breakfast every morning. The only bad thing is, I hope other people don’t learn about this and now overwhelm the available accommodations here; it’s a gem of a not-well-known secret - - the kind of place that once you check it out, it’s now one of your “go to’s”!"
