"Hotel smelled, room wasnt cleaned competely before i got arrived. There was a hair in my shower, walls had dirt and grim. Hard time sleeping it was loud, people were in and out of the hotel, people yelling the halls, dog barking in the next room until 2am, cars in the parking lot hanging out blaring music, it didn't get quiet until about 2:30am. "

It is right by the highway and about 15 -20 minutes to the Boardwalk or First Landing State Park. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, especially Dominic at the front desk. The property itself is showing noticeable wear (ceiling, tub) and the standard room does not include a mini fridge. "Tbh- everything was mid. Just not the lux I’ve come to expect from Hampton Inn.. small room charged as an executive with study.. there was no study, just a small dirty couch. The staff was awful, the breakfast attendant actually slammed the juice bar in our faces bc she didn’t like how we looked.. gave us a single towel to share, they had no coffee in the room… The bed was very comfortable and the water was hot; so I gave 2 stars for that.. "

"The sheets had not been changed but the bed was made up. Sheets were full of hair and sand. Horrible place. Never another Econo Lodge! "
