"Nice property, beach, pool and beach grille. Staff were great! However, the furniture in rooms is very old and should be replaced. Some of the furniture is sun bleached, and has stains. The cleaning crew definitely gets the best scores! Never forgot to clean our room! Always picked up and beds were made!"

"Staff were wonderful. So friendly and helpful. The room upgrade was very much appreciated. Our only complaint is that the turn down service was far too early. They often came late afternoon so we rarely took advantage of it. Not a big deal. We also had no hot water on our last morning but that was likely a glitch. The patio furniture needed repairing but it was still beautiful. We would definitely stay here again."

I am 85 years and I walk with a cane my wife 82, and we were given a room about 4 kms from the elevator, the door lock when exiting didn't always work correctly, one staff member passing by helped me lock it but still did it a few times later, never fixed, Fairmont is famous for recognizing special events, May 7th was...

"Azura is an amazing resort! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The pools are lovely, with comfortable seating and umbrella everywhere! The food at Surf is delicious and the menu pleasing. We ate there often! But the best thing is the view of the ocean! Set high on the cliffs overlooking the South Shore, the sea and sky is panoramic! The ocean was clear and we could see the fish from above. We cannot wait to go back!"

"Outstanding family owned property with one of the best views on the island. The rooms were very impressive although they do need a refresh in some areas but overall very nice. Everyone - and I mean everyone - we met around the island and at The Reefs were polite, friendly and helpful which separates this island from all others.
