"Its a 3star hotel but the very friendly staff makes it 4 star quality."

"Hotel is in the perfect location less than 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower so many restaurants in the area for breakfast and for dinner. The staff was so helpful with helping keeping bags booking taxis and answering any questions we had. The room was an upgraded room with a balcony which is a small balcony but holds two people not a full balcony but nice enough to sit and relax unfortunately it was raining when we were there but bathroom perfect size bed was comfortable good enough for two...

"The room was so small and smelled so bad during our entire stay where I couldn’t get enough rest. I had to leave the windows open while it was super cold outside because of a strong sewer smell. "

"This hotel was in a great location, near a lot of restaurants and landmarks like the Moulin Rouge but also near museums like the Musée de Montmartre and a Dali museum. It was also near a Metro station. Breakfast was good with cakes and croissants. There was also an “honesty bar” every afternoon where you could meet other guests. We enjoyed that. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and daily housekeeping. Breakfast room was lovely and plenty of choice. It was good to have fresh fruit rather than the usual fruit salad found in many Parisian hotels. Staff were helpful and listened to any concerns. Air con in room. Late night noise Fri and Sat but this was from people on the street."

"We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"

"Sehr schönes, charmantes Zimmer im ersten Stock. In idealer Lage, nur fünf Minuten vom Arc de Triomphe entfernt. Tagsüber angenehm ruhig, in der Nacht war die Strasse jedoch sehr hellhörig (Gäste, die spät zurückkamen, und einmal wurde leider ein Rap‑Video gedreht). Das Frühstück war perfekt: liebevoll zubereitet, europäisch gehalten und mit leckeren Croissants. Sauna und Hammam mussten reserviert werden, dafür hatte man den gesamten Bereich für sich allein. "I would not stay at this property again. The rooms were very small. I had to put one of our 2 large suitcases in the bathroom. The walls were thin so you could hear noise from other rooms and from the bar outside the hotel. We were on the fifth floor. We had a problem with the room being cold and we’re told that the heat is turned off this time of year. The room was not well lit. Lighting was an issue. Housekeeping did a good job except for the coffee service. We stayed five nights and...

"Stayed in a deluxe balcony room, and it was very nice. By far the largest hotel I've stayed in in Paris, with a separate room with couch, TV, plus roomy bedroom and bath. Balcony was so cute. Front desk man was very helpful and kind."

"My husband and I both had eye infections from staying in the dirty room with horrible bedding. Ac stopped working after 2 nights. The staff were friendly but the hotels services were limited, no bar or room service after 6:00"
