"Last minute stay following flight cancellation. Thank you for accommodating us and thank you for the service you provided."

"Staff need to understand that not everyone knows how things work in a strange country and that they need to explain things better and not be so impatient and brush people off when issues are not resolved."

"L’hôtel était bien, à l’exception des employés qui claquaient la porte de la salle des employés à répétions à 23h00 quand nous essayons de dormir. Leur salle était directement à côté de notre chambre (#157). L’hôtel a accepté de nous changer de chambre le lendemain. "Just perfect"

"The whole hotel was so clean and modern looking. Our room was fabulous, the breakfast offered such a wide choice of options. The gym although on the small side was a bonus and had everything we wanted. Staff were so helpful and friendly and the bar/restaurant was good value for money"

"The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!"

"Great pool, staff, location"

"Logement proche très transport en commun"

"Hotel was fantastic. The rooftop patio was a wonderful place to watch the sunset and/or spend time relaxing into the evening looking at the Seville skyline. Highly recommend it."

"We stayed for 3 nights and could not have been more satisfied. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was large (especially for Europe) and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The rooftop offered lots of space and seating, a nice pool, and an excellent view. Perhaps most importantly, the location was outstanding. We were within easy walking distance of many top destinations as well as restaurants and shopping. I would very happily stay there again when I'm...

"The location cannot be beat. The property and rooms are very well maintained. Would recommend"
