"Ale Erter staff I would be arriving late, around 11:30 pm. Was told that would be no problem and just call the after hour number. Called for about 20 minutes, left voice mail but nothing. Had to book a different hotel, luckily there was another one open. Also sent an e-mail last night. It is 1 pm next day and still no response from this hotel. "

"We absolutely loved the welcoming warm greetings of the staff person. The room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed. We missed a hand rail in the tub/shower. We did not like the frequent and repetitive messaging regarding our arrival and departure times. One even tried to upsell us on an earlier arrival time and larger room. "Everything was delightful. I was received most graciously out on the road because I could not find the place. The room was extremely pleasant with those touches that make it feel really cozy like a white robe and slippers.
