"The front desk staff were friendly and so helpful. The room was so large and very clean. The murphy bed was a huge hit with the kids. The walk in shower with the rain shower head was very nice! The pool was the whole reason we travelled from Edmonton, and it didnt dissapoint. The kids spent at least 3 hours each day in it, there was ample seating for those not swimming, and it was so clean and well maintained. The Jetz Lounge and the reastaurant had great food, great drinks, and very reasonsble pricing. The skyharbour breakfast buffet was also phenomenal! If we ever have a reason to book a room in Calgary, we will choose the Port O' Call every time! "

"I stayed this hotel twice in March. First, the bathroom got flooded with water dripping from the ceiling fan, the maintenance guy came in and I had to move to the different room. The staff didn't really care since the front lady never came out to say sorry and check to see everything was ok with the new room. Very disappointing. The second stay, I realized I never received a free drink coupon at all and upon check out, I asked if they are still offering. The front desk lady asked where I booked and said it depends etc. Great customer service. No apology, obviously she didn't care. Another disappointing stay. I'll never stay here again. "

"Was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Very few places make your bed during your stay, so was quite pleased to come back after a day out and the room looks like you are just checking in again. Older inn, but very well kept."

"Called the desk 5 times. Relentless noise from above. I was told a call was made twice. Just gave the party above MORE reason to be loud because they KNEW nothing would be done. "

"Nice hotel close to the airport and shops. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Staff were lovely. Easy to uber downtown and surrounds. Would definitely recommend this hotel"
