"It pains me to give this hotel a poor-to-average review because we liked Paolo, our host, very much. He was very helpful and provided excellent communication. However, we were awakened each morning we were there (3 days) before 7:30 am by a barking dog that was so close by that it seemed to be in the room with us. The beds were also too hard for us. If you're an early riser (or if the dog goes away) and you like firm mattresses, this is a fine hotel with a very nice swimming pool and a gracious host."

"This place was amazing. Out of my entire Sicily trip,this was the best hotel we stayed at. The service was immaculate. Everyone who works here is an angel. They are the kindest people and so helpful throughout your stay. I know I’m coming back & staying there. The rooms are spacious, the view is incredible(get a sea view room), the room & property is very clean. You must stay here. "Lovely stay after being in the zoo of Taormina. Quiet and comfortable. Excellent bed with wonderful A/C - slept so well. Delicious breakfast buffet with lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs and granola. Coffee made to order. Vince winery proximity to village and beach. Bring your beach shoes very stony but private and natural!!!"

"An amazing stay at this wonderful B & B. Manuella was a great host explaining the best places to visit on Salina. The breakfasts were very good and made from local produce, with Manuella giving a detailed explanation of the produce. Room was very clean and a brilliant view from the patio where we had breakfast. We would thoroughly reccommend this property."

"We had a wonderful time in Salina at Santa Isabel. The hotel has amazing views . Also just a short walk to town and one of he most beautiful beaches. The staff were so helpful with renting of a boat and transport services . The restaurant was excellent and amazing sunsets. A special shout out to Paolo, Ramona and Massi who were so helpful and friendly!!!!"
