"A fabulous hotel with a view of the ocean from your room."

"I wish I could have stayed longer because the hotel looked beautiful, but a shower and a nap was all I had time for, but it was worth it."

"My stay was extremely disappointing, especially with the hotel being an Embassy Suites. The property was extremely poorly maintained inside and out. The rooms look as if we had stepped into the 1950’s. My sister was eligible and given a full refund for her stay, because her pullout bed linen was not only dirty but stained and had not been changed. Our room had a cracked sink and a cracked toilet, as well as the carpet being disgustingly stained and the furniture chipped and very outdated."

"Amazing little hotel close to the freeways and shopping areas. Stayed here for Portola music festival and was only a 20min ride."

"I was really surprised about the cleanliness of the hotel, I drive by this every day. Only reason why I stayed there , my daughter was having a party so I needed a hotel close by the rooms were clean. The staff was very nice. The lady that works overnight was extremely professional. Only thing if it is is that I was charged $200 one for the first night and one for the second night and they only reimbursed me for one night other than that I would highly recommend this place. Keep up the good...

"I haven’t slept all night. The air conditioner is broken—it’s making a very loud noise. There’s also a knocking sound—it’s been knocking all night long. I believe this noise is being caused by the faulty air conditioner."

"Not really a good service. Old hotel. Breakfast standard"

"The Harbor View Inn has a no customer service policy, I would give them a Zero rating if possible. The room at Harbor View Inn we booked with Expedia was not available, as the Harbor View Inn had over-sold the hotel."

"Nice hotel"

"Nice staff. Great location. Shuttle to the airport was prompt and easy. This hotel is the last stop before the airport, making it a short ride."

"Yes"

"This was an average stay. The property was clean & they offered amenities (I didn’t use many as I only stayed a weekend but I noticed what was available!) Warning that you have to pay $35 a night for parking and for some reason they don’t provide shower caps in the room????? I had to work really hard to get basic things and some of the staff seemed annoyed that I had simple questions like where is the ice machine smh but otherwise it was an average, okay stay."

"We really enjoyed how self contained we were. There were plenty of amenities available if you wished/needed to use them outside of the unit but the kitchen was great. The one complaint we had, and it's a big one, was the noise coming from above us. Maybe they were just heavy walkers but you could clearly hear them stomping around their room from 11pm until after midnight and again in the morning from 4:30am until 6am. This went on for 4 nights and 4 mornings, we tried ear plugs, talked to front...

"Excellent overall"

"Room and ambiance is nice! Very clean and maintained properly. Staffs are nice and help. Really convenient and walking distance to eatery area. Super close to SFO airport."
