"Yes it was cool in room and easy parking. This is a very nice motel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bring your own toiletries and hand rowels. Walls are super thin and there is a basic bedroom door lock on room doors. Facility was safe and there is a security lock on exterior main door. "

"Place met description of post. Location was great relative to amenities nearby. Dining area only sat 4 (there were 5 of us), there wasn’t enough spoons (seemed odd) and beds in second room were a bit uncomfortable. Our overall stay was great and would recommend to anyone who is just looking for a place to sleep. Communication with host was excellent!"

"The area was alot different next door to a abandoned building people hanging out. The inside was nice beside the stains of the couch. When asked for a refund nope nothing. They were just concerned about the money paid for the location and notbthe safety of the individual. Expedia needs to screen areas a little bit better. Check in and checked right back out. I would not want to come in late here by myself being a female. They did have a laundry area downstairs on the first floor. It says...

"Our room had no windows. I wouldn’t have rented it if I had known that. Also the seating area outside our room had no sound absorbency so when we were trying to sleep, people coming into the room on their way to the elevator were very loud. Staff were very nice. After 3 days in Old San Juan, I loved the central location just off the original Cathedral square. 18th century villa conversion with high ceilings, beautiful interior courtyard and roof deck.
