"A hidden gem just a 5 minute drive to the center of downtown Skaneateles yet giving one the feeling of being at a country lodge (which is actually close to the truth). Great for a relaxing getaway yet just a few minutes from the action and restaurants of one of the very attractive tourist destination villages of the Finger Lakes region in upstate New York.
A good value for what is available to guests although one caveat to avoid a surprise at checkout is the unannounced resort fee of roughly $34 per day tacked on to final charges. Not sure we got our money's worth with that item. ... but, being aware of that fee, we would certainly go back next time we head to Skaneateles. We enjoyed our Ling weekend stay there."
