"Fridge was overheating in the cupboard. No bottles of water in the room. We waited about 20 minutes to check in as it was busy but didnt get an apology for the wait by the receptionist. Breakfast wasn't great. Most of the food was only like warm and there wasnt much choice in the continental section. ..."
