" No ding for a minor cleaning thing or the wrapped plastic water cups. Bed and room were very comfortable. Only 2 miles from MSP and free shuttle. Nice little bar, restaurant with limited menu. Nice coffee shop just across the street. "

"Had a great experience at this Sheraton. Had a club level room which included a club lounge with breakfast, and all day snacks and water, soft drinks and juices. Nicholas at the front desk was one of the sweetest, genuinely nice people I've met. He went above and beyond in every way. There is a small store with snacks, drinks and sundries in the lobby. Breakfast can be purchased in the lobby restaurant. There's a bar that also serves food in the evening.. The rooms are well appointed with a fridge, coffee maker and great batth products. I'll definitely be returning. "

"Room was clean employees were very kind, they cleaned daily and did a wonderful job. Easy access to Mall of America on 2nd floor inside walkway clean and warm (February here). Held our luggage after check out until we were ready to depart for our flight. They have a Tram in mall to take you to the airport. Have to walk outside about a minute to get into the tram. "
