"The room was clean. The parking was adequate. Nothing noteworthy about the staff. There was a very limited breakfast (no hot food) was included. The room was worth what we paid."

"Felt a little unsafe. Property didn’t look well kept. The person who checked me in was wonderful. When I got to my room it smelled bad. The bed and bathroom were clean. I would only stay here again if I had no other choice. The couch in the room was torn & tattered too."

"We wanted to stay here for 2 nights, we left after the first night because we came back to the room and found cockroaches in there. I immediately alerted the staff at the front desk, they didn’t seem surprised about my find, they said they would switch me rooms, (I was not doing that) and we wanted to leave, they told me to email the owner about the issue, I did and haven’t heard back."

"This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. "

"Breakfast was the pits, not worth your time. Staff were helpful checking in, and absent on check-out. The location was quite helpful for our travel purposes. I had better breakfast choices at a Quality Inn for less cost!"

"The room was old, dirty, and full of broken amenities. Brown marks on the walls, dirty marks on the bed sheet, hair on the towels, broken drawers, TV didn’t work, light fixtures with broken bulbs.. about all that worked was the shower and the toilet. We had a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke and the people next door to us were definitely smoking in their non smoking room, but the staff didn’t do anything about it."
