"This resort is on a beautiful beach. The shuttle service from the airport was chaotic. Check in was ok. The attendant checking us in was checking in another couple at the same time. Thorough explanation about the resort. Frank was very friendly and carried our bags to an upper level villa. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Plenty of towels. "If you’re looking for a tranquil and relaxing experience, away from tourists attractions, Las Verandas is the place. The grounds are well kept and the ocean views are spectacular. The restaurant on site and the poolside bar were amazing. Waitstaff very pleasant and attentive. The beach was very rocky therefore not conducive to swimming but the 2 infinity pools made up for that. We will definitely be returning for another week’s stay."

"What a wonderful place! As close to paradise as you can get! Casual and comfortable, with no pretension. The tidal pool was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The food was incredible! The owners, staff and the locals who frequent the place were so warm and welcoming, you come in as strangers and leave as family! Can’t wait to return! "
