"The linoleum floor including the bathroom was disgusting and dirty. I had staff coming and clean it but a lot of the stains stayed. It needs a total replacing. Never staying there again. Very dingy and old outside. Would have moved but I prolly would have lost the money for the stay."

Ich weiß, dass Rauche nicht gesund ist, aber wenn man schon nur in einer bestimmten Zone Rauchen darf, wäre es schön, wenn es doch auch Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt und nicht nur eine Defekte Bank."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. There were cockroaches both in the bathroom and inside the room, which is simply something no guest should ever have to deal with. On top of that, housekeeping never properly cleaned the room during my stay, which only made things worse. "There’s no one at the front desk. They gave us a code. The code did not work. Eventually a staff pass by and open with a key. We text and call to get a working code and never got a hold of anyone. We could not leave the room or we would be lock out. No hot shower. German cockroaches everywhere. And a horrible bad. Again… you can’t complain as they will not answer phone or text.
