"We could have given a 1 star rating for an accidental charge that was placed on our card, but because of the receptionist's professionalism in handling the situation, this place deserves a higher rating for good customer service. We believe her name was Leiani (??) Please excuse us if this was a misspell. She was the only night shift receptionist who helped us. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about. Everything was good. "

"The room was very clean. The bed was comfy and came with 4 pillows which is essential. The desk was nice to get some work done. I love how the bathroom had lotion! So many places do not. The gym was very clean and had all the essentials for an excellent workout.
The breakfast was so delicious! I had biscuits/gravy, eggs, sausage and yougurt parfait with granola/fruit.
I would highly recommend this hotel!
They had a pool however i never got around to use it. "

"We were very happy with our stay. The room and bathroom were very clean and quiet. Free WiFi and very nice staff. We’ve stayed here before and both times have been great. My son left a necklace there and we called them a few hours after checkout and they had the necklace waiting for us. Thank you!"

"Room was clean, toilet was little kid size in room. Understaffed, breakfast was good but only saw one employee working and he couldn't keep up with demand. No towels in pool area, asked for more towels, due to staffing none were ever brought out. Decent place, great price just understaffed."

"Wish we knew the pool was closed. It was empty and when I asked as we were checking in they said it was drained and going to be under construction to make it heated. If I would have known that we would have booked somewhere else with a pool or a cheaper option without a pool. Staff were nice and rooms were nice."

"Excellent stay. We book the two queen beds room, had a nice view of the mountains. The room has everything you need for a cozy, country stay. The host was very thoughtful and provided us easy self-checking services. The room was quiet, the beds were comfortable. There's also a full set of kitchenware and simple cookware available in room. The location is perfect for a short drive to the local hot spring. We had an amazing time there. "

"Great little restored condo. Beds were comfortable and location was great. We did have to buy batteries for the thermostat for the furnace to work. The bathroom was also slightly dirty. Trash in the garbage from someone else.
Overall a good condo - felt issues were incidental"
