"We booked this specifically bc it has 3 queen beds which was nice bc we're a family of 4. The room was interior so it didn't have any windows which was fine. Staff was very friendly, our teens enjoyed the pool. The TV in the room didn't work. There was someone else's dirty boxers shoved behind the toilet, but other than that the room was clean - no bed bugs. Overall good enough for a 1 night stay on the way to Florida."

"I arrived just before midnight and waited to check in. The staff went to pull up my reservation and called over what appeared to be a manager. Very quickly, unapologetically she handed me a paper and said Expedia overbooked them and there were no rooms available.she said nothing she can do so I had to call Expedia. They barley hold anything in them. "The room we were assigned to had blood stains on the curtains. The sofa bed mattress was stained with obvious blood stains and possible urine. I reported this and was given a different room. The clerk apologized for the situation. I would not want to stay there again. "
