"The pool area is great for families. Our room was very dated and there were some ghastly stains on the curtains. Black mold around the air conditioner vent was concerning. The shower frame was calcified around the hinges. Check in was delayed by management for 2 hrs because their cleaning staff couldn’t prepare the room in time. (?) And no consideration given for this either. Next time i’m staying at tbe airport Hilton."
"Room was dated. Restaurants were closed. I get that it is Italy but this is supposed to be an airport hotel. It should not close for afternoon Ciesta. Pool was closed due to an event. Would have booked somewhere else if they had of informed. Restaurant food was great when the restaurant opened."
"Easy to get to from FCO, you get what you pay for. Young male worker ~30years old with glasses was terribly miserable on check in. Only time he showed any emotion, other than disgust and frustration, was when he made a mistake and had to show a modicum of humility. I shouldn't feel like I'm inconveniencing an employee of the hotel I'm paying to stay at when I'm sorting through foreign currency to pay the visitor tax. Have some humility."
