"This is a "Must stay" property. We needed a place near FCO to spend the night. This is a mom and poop property on the Tiber river. Wow!! The owners couldn't do enough to make our stay wonderful. All of the amenities in the room were like a 5 star property. They even sent us of with a bag of treats for our flight home. This is what customer service SHOULD be. Grazi!"

We where even able to enjoy a local market where we bought hand made items back. Would have loved to spend more time there and we really hope to return one day."

"Front desk tried to overcharge us for hotel parking: restaurant asked us to clear off our dinner table because they had to get ready for breakfast the next day: there are no vents in the bathroom in the rooms so the whole bathroom floors were always wet; the front desk staff were not interested in solving problems only kept repeating unhelpful statements: the only advantage was there was a concourse from the hotel directly into the airport."

"The front desk staff were good. The room was okay. The bathroom had no hooks or towel bars, the shower door seals were hanging off and water leaked out of shower. The shower had mold and mildew. The toilet had black mildew or mold marks all around toilet bowl. Very basic hotel. I thought breakfast ‘provided’ meant included. No, it was available to purchase but not included. Shuttle service was good and on time."
