"Best hotel in Munich with a great location. Super helpful and friendly staff in the heart of Old Town. Would recommend to all."

"An excellent location between train station and old town. The hotel staff were very helpful. The building and room very clean. Perfect for our 2 night stay."

"Location- excellent. The €10 gift card to encourage you not to have your room cleaned was just that, a gift! Cheers"

"Beds were hard, last day there my husband took a hot shower, he opened the bathroom door and the fire alarm went off. Staff walked in when my husband was naked saying theres smoke in our room, when he saw the steam near the fire alarm he told us we had to leave bathroom door shut. There was no vent/fan in bathroom. Staff super helpful and friendly! I would recommend, maybe theu have softer beds in other rooms."

"Clean room. Amazing communal facilities."

"Perfectly located, clean, and great amenities. The sauna was lovely, breakfast was great, and the staff very friendly. Amazing to be just steps from the main train station so you don’t have to lug your bags across endless cobblestones."

"Great location, helpful staff, comfortable room, nice bar."

"The front desk staff were excellent to deal with and very accommodating. They stored our luggage for us and printed and few items for me. I appreciated the service. On our second stay, we were given an upgraded room (without asking) - very thoughtful of them to do this"
