"I would like someone from the property to contact me. Our television never worked. We mentioned this the first night we were there. Was told maintenance would fix the next day. No one ever came. When we called the second night to ask if anyone did anything the front desk girl said she had no idea with no intention or interest to investigate. We had to ask her to do it.
