"I stay at this hotel often and usually have no complaints. There were a couple of issues this time around. We were given an ADA room although I did not request one, they told me it was an upgrade for the view? Also, when we finished swimming, my wife and my access card did not allow back into our room."

"The exterior grounds were not well kept. Hallway rugs at the doors were very dirty. We had a stain on our sofa although it did look like it had been vacuumed. Overall the room was clean. The vanity in the bathroom was extremely low. Breakfast not the greatest, we stuck with oatmeal. Our room floor actually had a slope by the window where it appears the foundation may have settled. Overall I think there are a lot of exterior issues but the room was clean and bed comfortable. We got stuck on the...
