"When we arrived it turned out they didn’t have our reservation from Expedia and were fully booked. This was a frustrating situation especially when it was our first stop on our vacation. The staff were quick to solve the problem and moved us to the Leaside Manor down the road where we were greeted by amazing staff that helped us settle in with ease. "The rooms are spacious and the staff generally friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a great start to your day with a variety of offerings. The parking lot is adequate, but turning left when you come out to the main road is probably fatal 9 times out of 10, still, that’s probably true of any of the hotels leading up to the mall."
