"Absolutely Loved Our Stay – A New Family Tradition! We had such a wonderful experience during our stay, made even more special as it was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home it truly felt more like staying at a family-run inn than a typical corporate hotel. A huge thank you to Jenn, Nicole, Chloe, Sandra, and every single team member we were so impressed by the kindness and care shown throughout our stay. We stayed in one of the cabin-style rooms, which was incredibly spacious, cozy, and just perfect for us as new parents. It gave us the comfort and peace we needed while traveling with a newborn. We’re already looking forward to coming back it’s officially become our new yearly tradition! "

"The Shadowcrest was a delightful, quiet and wonderful stay. Brendan is an amazing host. Friendly, helpful, gracious and one of the best we have come across. The room was a combination of old style Victorian and modern. On a very quiet street. Would definitely stay there again. "
