Unfortunately we were directly above the function room which had a party on the Saturday day. The music was so loud that the furniture was vibrating. I should have requested a quiet room upon booking. I wouldn't let it put me off booking again"

"Bed was really soft and the room was obviously a smoking room at some point as there was that stale old tobacco smell in the room that made getting to sleep difficult"

"Hotel just trialling letting dogs stay. £30 a nights get per dog is too much. Also wasn’t allowed in restaurant or bar with dog which made getting a meal difficult when travelling alone."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay of just over 2 weeks. All the staff were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Had a lovely top floor single room an nice skylight window. The Continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The Grab and Go breakfast was a good option too. The Italian Restaurant was great and open for lunch and dinner. "Very convoluted way to get to the room. Extremely inconvenient stairs if you have luggage. With a slight investment they could make it more convenient by making the corridor of one level."
