This hotel was nice. The staff were really helpful, the room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. We really liked that they had a water/juice and coffee machine that was free to use. The location was also very convenient. The rooftop terrace was also very nice with a great view.

Wow! We appreciated the staff sooo much. They were so kind to help us with the luggage up the stairs (no elevator). Beautiful 1611 building with lots of history. Free beverages and breakfast available with kind staff who helped us a lot!

Room felt very clean, the man who greeted us at the front desk was very friendly and funny and gave us some good tips for our stay in Florence! The balcony was lovely, as was the terrace. The bed wasn't the MOST comfortable but it was totally fine. AC was nice and cold, and the free coffee and juice was a lifesaver! Overall really enjoyed my stay. :)

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff are wonderful - very helpful and friendly. There’s a great terrace on the roof and you can take up snacks and drinks. The stairs are a bit of a killer but the hotel is definitely worth the workout!

A truly amazing stay! From the kind greeting upon arrival, to clean rooms and very kind staff, this place is definitely worth the stay. It has a great location, which despite being on a more lively street, is very secure and soundproof. They offer endless free water, juice and coffee during your stay and a gorgeous rooftop with clear views of the entire city (including the duomo). This is the only place I would want to stay in Florence, I will for certain return to this beautiful establishment.

What makes this worth the price is the rooftop and location. You’re on the cusp of a less touristy area (with tons of great bars and restaurants around) while still being super central. The room itself is very basic, so is the concierge/hallway areas, but the air conditioning is wonderful. There are 5 flights of steep concrete stairs you must climb to get in to the hotel, so definitely not accessible for all. They serve breakfast in the morning, but it’s only pre packaged croissants and cookies. They do provide a water machine (which is hard to come by).

Giuseppe checked us in he was incredibly helpful and gave us a map of all the tourist spots to see! There was always water and juice available and the sunrise on the rooftop was so worth it! Although there is a tall climb to the get to the room if you are able to, it’s worth it!! We loved our stay and highly reccomend!
