The hotel is located within walking distance of many top tourist locations in the city. A tram stop is also located nearby if you want to venture out around Florence. The triple room was super spacious enough for two people but three can definitely fit. Check in after hours was cumbersome since we arrived after hours and had to connect to wifi but it got sorted out.

The hotel is a couple of blocks walk to the duomo and about a 10 minutes walk from the train station. The lift is quite small so we had to do 2 trips when we had cases. There is a pizza takeout/restaurant under the hotel at street level. So handy for pizza and there is a lovely cafe on the corner for coffee and cake. We found there was a bit of traffic noise and I think noises from the pizza place but it didn’t effect our stay. I would recommend the hotel, especially for its location

Other than the lack of a front desk for check in and if it wasn’t for another guest we would have had great difficulty getting in as we arrived late and had no way to contact them ahead of time . The room was very nice bed exceptional once we were there it was easy to get around. However very difficult to order a taxi again no front desk. This is something that had to be improved.

This place was okay, it had more of a motel vibe but cleaner. The room was extremely small as well as the bathroom. Beds were comfortable, air conditioner was okay, running hot water in the shower was a plus. Overall, close to city center, restaurants and bars.

The room was modern and clean. The self-help entry was easy. I took the stairs instead of the elevator and didn’t know which floor to go to but the staff were immediately responsive on WhatsApp. A staff member ended up greeting me at the door as they are there for some hours of the day. They were responsive on WhatsApp to all my other questions also. No shower products so bring your own but they have a kettle and coffee and tea and complimentary water. My stay there was perfect and I’d be happy to go back! Thank you Team Miceli!

Very nice spacious room. Everything modern and updated. Great bathroom. Fabulous shower. Staff was extra responsive and helpful. Fabulous location for seeing all the sights. Right next to tram to take to/from rail station. Restaurants nearby have tourist pricing. Except fabulous fresh sandwich shop on the corner by gallery academia, which was reasonable and a great product. Long lines but moves very quickly. A find. Better proceed food/Spritz across the river, a 12 min ish walk. I found the online check in and communication very easy and efficient. Elevator is indeed the tiniest ever, so if claustrophobic you might want to take the stairs out take it in turns. Would definitely stay here again!

There was no staff on-site when we arrived, but we had been in touch with the hotel via WhatsApp all day, and they were super helpful and friendly! Entering the building was very easy, but the 3-person elevator was just a little squished. The room was as expected - the only downside was that the shower was only cold water (after running it for a few minutes) and the sink in the bathroom was only hot water! The room was warm when we entered, but we turned the air conditioning up and it was perfect by the time we arrived back for bed. All-in-all, it was a good stay overnight!
