"The location for this hotel could not be better. It is located on the edge of the city center and not far from the train and tram station. Our room was clean and quiet. The shower had good water pressure which can be an issue in some hotels around Italy. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. The one draw back was that the lobby and hallways smelled bad. There were some heavy rains so that might have attributed to the sewer smell in the common areas but it was very overwhelming...

"Our biggest complaint was the stark bathroom in the room. It was like you were in someone’s basement. The shower stall was merely a curtain, pulled around the same flat concrete floor. The breakfast was fine. The room was fine. The staff and service was excellent and the absolute best reason why I would go over there again is the location. You can run and use the bathroom in the hotel anytime during the day because you were right near Duomo, and shopping. You can keep your luggage there until...
