"If I could give this hotel a 10 !!! out of 5 for beauty, I would. The property is stunning, the room was lovely, the views were incredible everywhere you looked, the pool was serene, the restaurant terrace was gorgeous …everything. With such a magical setting and so much beauty everywhere you looked, it was surprising to feel a bit off. This was not just us, several of the guests were upset about the quality of service. "This hotel was such a joyful gem in the heart of Florence. Tucked around the corner from the Medici Chapel, on a brick lane that leads directly to a lively shopping district, walkable to the Duomo district and central to all of Florence. The hotel staff was especially helpful with recommendations, reservations and in room specifics. There is a fantastic spa and beautiful restaurant with live entertainment."
