Apartment was ample, clean and excellently located, half a block from Santa Croce church. Anna was very nice and attentive host. Place seemed recently renovated so it has all amenities of a modern place with the charm of Florence. Did not mind the three flight of stairs. Couple of suggestions for improvement: the small balcony facing the other neighbors needed a bit of cleaning due to pigeons’ residuals. Also the windows shutters that face the street are in need of a replacement and were a bit dusty. Everything else was perfect.
