"This is a very nice hotel. The room was very clean & the bed extremely comfortable. We loved almost everything about the hotel. The first thing we found that we did not like was the person who checked us in, they were so soft-spoken that you could not hear them. Very nice & friendly just kept having to ask can you repeat that I can't hear you. Other than that, checking in was fast and easy. We did come down to having dinner & a few drinks. "This was a nice hotel.
The room didn’t have a fridge or freezer. I was disappointed with this because I had some food to keep cool.
It was close to train tracks so you can hear the train throughout the night. Bring ear plugs!"

"Bathroom and toilet area were dirty. A dried booger was wiped on the door frame. There were curly black hairs under the pillow on one of our beds. Despite the disappointment the beds lent a good nights rest and much needed break on a long trip for an affordable price for an aged location. Staff were nice. Breakfast was some stale cereal bread muffins apples and milk. Weak coffee. But hey, it’s free.i think the best part is that Quincy’s is right around the corner. Brought back memories."

"Room smelled pleasant like it was clean but not overpowered by chemicals. The facility was nice and clean. Only had one interaction with a staff member at check in and that was pleasant and quick. Would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others. "

"Room was dirty and needed repairs. The walkway was clean, but areas under the desk and beds had not been cleaned in weeks. The bathroom area was acceptably clean, but needed lots of repairs and paint. The tub creaked when anyone got into it. Stayed at 2 other hotels this weekend and this was the worst, by far. The exterior area was messy, and the brekfast was limited. "

"For an older property, its was perfect. The room was clean, fresh, and very presentable. Had all the linens. The manager Michael takes pride in keeping this place in top shape. I felt welcomed, safe, there was no rif raf, or shady stuff going on. He lives on site, which helps. No complaints, and I will diffently stay there again. I wish I had found this location before when i stayed in Florence. I would recommend for sure."
