"The room was a quiet and comfortable oasis in the heart of Florence. A little outside the historic area, but the taxi service was quick and efficient. It took about 10 minutes from the train station to get there, and there are quaint and delicious cafes and restaurants in the area. The gentleman behind the front counter was friendly, spoke good English, and was very helpful. He even called a taxi for us when the local taxi app wasn't working for us. at the time.
